Lifetime Guarantee
Commodore Homes offers a lifetime guarantee on the structure of every house it builds.
This guarantee only extends to building works carried out in accordance with the builder’s standard specifications which formed part of the contract documents prior to the commencement of building.
Any subsequent structural defects that result from fire, explosion, earthquake, flood, lightning, storm and tempest, rioting, acts of vandalism, latent conditions, civil commotion or negligent or wilful acts by the proprietor or any third party (including, but not limited to, failure to maintain adequate termite and borer prevention) and any work carried out by the proprietor or the proprietors’ contractors or agents does not form part of the builder’s structural warranty.
This guarantee does not apply if the proprietor takes possession of the works without the builder’s consent.
