The Le Mans Display Home Now Open

Commodore’s latest display, the Le Mans, is a large home ideally suited to a traditional lot. At 266 square metres, there’s enough space for the largest of families.
“This display is one of our largest, and will certainly appeal to clients who are looking for value for money,” said Brand Manager Andrew Shue.
“The Le Mans will appeal to families who are looking for a home which is designed with their busy lifestyle in mind, and is a flexible enough design to grow with their changing needs.”
The facade of the home has a warm inviting feel, with face brick, render and timber combined. Numerous windows not only serve to flood the inside with natural light, but they add a breezy ambiance to the elevation. A wide timber lined porch is a welcoming entry statement.
Entry is through a covered porch or via the conveniently located shopper’s entry off the garage. Bedrooms two and three overlook the front of the home, and each has a built in robe. Bedroom four is located in this wing also, and there’s an activity room, so toys and games can be locked away out of sight. The bathroom, with luxurious Laminex bench tops and designer tap ware, completes this zone and a separate toilet offers complete privacy.
Also located off the entrance hall, with its recessed ceiling, is the access point to the master bedroom. It’s sumptuously spacious, with his and hers walk in robes, tucked away behind the bed, and upmarket ensuite with double basin and vanity which allows for plenty of storage space.
“It’s the family zone which will really stand out to our buyers,” said Andrew. It’s an all encompassing social area, a place where family and friends can come together and discuss the day’s activities. As with all Commodore homes, the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel European appliances and plenty of space for preparation, so it’s a place to be proud of and truly test those culinary skills. The island bench doubles as storage and additional seating and the sink is located off to the side. Additionally, a scullery is positioned adjacent to the kitchen, which keeps work space clutter free, and keeps the mess out of sight of guests,” he added.
Large glass sliding doors open out to the alfresco area integrating outdoors and indoors and guests can wander between both areas without feel excluded. And when it’s time to retreat, a large home theatre offers the perfect sanctuary.
