Good things do come in small packages. The Bonneville, Commodore’s first narrow lot display home is destined to become a best seller for clients wanting maximum value in a compact design.
Andrew Shue, Brand Manager of Commodore Homes says that the home will appeal to clients who want big value in a small home.
“Not everyone needs four bedrooms, and the Bonneville is a low maintenance home which maximises every inch of available space. And with the garage situated at the rear of the home, it doesn’t detract from the appealing facade,” he said.
This three bedroom, two bathroom display can fit on a ??m block and is rear loaded to suit the ubiquitous cottage lots found in the latest land releases.
From the outset, this home has instant appeal. Neutral render mixed with contrasting timber and a light coloured steel roof all combine to create a contemporary modern facade. The feature front wall adds additional contrast and a distinct focal point.
Entry is via a covered verandah into a small room which has a viewing window into the home office, conveniently located at the front of the house. The master bedroom overlooks the front yard, and is immediately located to the right on entry.
This master suite, with its adjoining ensuite is generously proportioned, complete with a spacious walk in robe. The ensuite is fitted with a twin Laminex vanity and designer tap ware, and it also has a shower and separate toilet.
Further into the home, down the passage way are bedrooms two and three, each with built in robes. The second bathroom is located right in between these two bedrooms, and it too is fitted with a luxurious china basin.
It’s here we reach the heart of the home, the combined kitchen, family and dining room. The kitchen has a commanding view of the entire area, right out the the alfresco. An island bench makes an ideal place to pull up a chair for a chat to the cook, and stainless steel European appliances offer a sleek modern finish. Sliding doors out to the alfresco open the entire area up and integrate indoors and outdoors.
The laundry is conveniently located behind the kitchen, and a walk in linen linen closet offers masses of storage space.
