COMMODORE’S JULY PROMOTIONAL HOMES OFFER WITH BONUS UPGRADE!
Commodore Homes has released three special promotional homes for the month of July, priced from $144,690 — The Phoenix, The Arizona and The Boston. In addition to this specially priced range, buyers can receive special appliance upgrades and a premium Harmony Roof Tile Upgrade, valued at $4500 for just $900.
Brand Manager for Commodore Homes, Andrew Shue said that the suite of promotional home designs have been created as a one off for the month of July in response to feedback the sales reps have been getting from visitors to the displays.
“Our sales reps are our front line, and effectively our ‘ears to the ground’. When our customers said they wanted a series of homes which catered for work and play, and could accommodate a growing family for less than $200,000, we listened. But customers also like what they saw in our displays, particularly in the kitchen, so with Commodore’s buying power, we’re able to offer the appliance upgrade package,” he said.
The upgrade package is comprised of a 900mm Technika stainless steel under bench oven, range hood and hotplate, which also includes a wok burner and cast iron trivets. On the outside, there’s a premium upgrade to Harmony Roof tiles. All this has a total value of $4500, however for this month only Commodore is offering the upgrade for $900.
The three homes are classic Commodore.
According to Andrew, the company’s ideology of ‘always gives you more’ is evident in each of the designs.
“All three are well sized with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. All three have walk in robes in the master, and the Boston, the largest of the series has ‘his and hers’ robes. There’s a balance of entertaining and work space, and each has an integration of outside and indoor living space. There are alternate elevations for all three depending on the client’s taste – whether it be modern, classic or contemporary and these can be discussed with your sales professional.”
